Each year, a new group of 14-21 year-olds living in Qatar gets the opportunity to see our 2022 FIFA World Cup™ preparations from the inside.
Members of the Youth Panel visit our stadiums and infrastructure sites, and enjoy exclusive access to architects, engineers and leading experts involved in laying the foundations for the tournament. They learn, question and contribute to the delivery of the 2022 FIFA World Cup™.
Representing a rich cross section of the nationalities and cultures that live in Qatar, members of the panel provide us with unique views on the tournament and tell their peers – through school assemblies and regular social media updates – what they have learnt. We feature the best updates on our @roadto2022 accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
In turn, they enjoy experiences that few of their peers can hope for and gain presentation, communication and other skills to complement their academic education. Many later join us as interns or mentors to the next year's intake of Youth Panel members.
They also get the opportunity to shape the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar™, a competition that will define this time in Qatar's history.
If you are interested in joining the 2018 Youth Panel, watch this space: we will be looking for our newest recruits beginning in September.
